Terms of Service

Ryokou AI is a one-time travel itinerary service. You provide your trip details, pay a flat fee, and receive an AI-generated travel itinerary emailed to you. That's the full scope of the service.

There are no subscriptions, no accounts, and no ongoing relationship after your itinerary is delivered.

Two plans are available:

• Trip — $10: Up to 5 destinations, 1 revision.
• Trip+ — $25: Up to 20 destinations, 2 revisions.

Payments are one-time charges processed securely by Stripe. You will not be billed again after your itinerary is generated.

All payments are non-refundable. Once you complete payment and itinerary generation begins, the service has been delivered — the AI runs immediately and resources are consumed at that point.

If generation fails due to a technical error on our end, contact us at our support page and we'll make it right.

Your itinerary is generated by an AI. It is meant to be a helpful starting point for your trip planning — not a guarantee of accuracy.

• Visa requirements can change. Always verify with the official embassy or government website before traveling.
• Transport prices and schedules are estimates. Book directly with the carrier for current pricing.
• Event dates and availability should be confirmed with the venue or organizer.
• Restaurant and activity recommendations may have changed — check current reviews before visiting.

In short: use the itinerary as a guide, not gospel. Do your own checks before booking anything.

Ryokou AI is not responsible for any losses, damages, costs, or problems that arise from travel decisions you make based on your itinerary. This includes but is not limited to: missed flights, visa rejections, incorrect transport bookings, or unexpected event cancellations.

You are responsible for independently verifying all information before booking or traveling.

By using Ryokou AI, you agree not to:

• Resell or redistribute itineraries as your own product or service.
• Abuse or attempt to exploit the service (e.g. chargebacks without cause, automated scraping).
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

We do our best to keep Ryokou AI running, but we don't make any guarantees about uptime or availability. The service depends on third-party APIs (Anthropic, Stripe, Google Maps, Resend) which may occasionally be unavailable.

If the service is down when you need it, check back later or contact support.

We may update these terms occasionally. If we do, the new effective date will be shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
